Pastoral Care – Home Communion Visits

We offer home Communion, to anyone, at their request, who is sick or housebound. Requests for home visits and/or prayer in Church for someone in need may be made at any time.  Please contact the Clergy or the Parish Administrator and the necessary arrangements will be made.
